APPROVING THE 2007 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CARTERET
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP, INC. - SID I &II
WHEREAS, the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:56-84 requires the
Carteret Business Partnership to submit a detailed annual budget to the Governing
Body for" approval; and
\VHER;EAS, op. Febmary 9, 2006, the Carteret1Business Partnership, Inc. 'Boar~
of Directors., approved the 2007 Annual Budget, which is annexed hereto .as
. "Exhibit A"; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED t!>at the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret hereby approves the 2007 Annual Budget of the Carterej.
Business Partnership; Inc. -SID I & II 2007.

and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on April 13, 2007.
