WHER~AS, the Carteret Redevelopment Agency acquired property
on August 23, 2006 located at 64 Roosevelt Avenue~ knovm as
Block 253, Lot 1, and
~1HEREASl the Carteret Redevelopment Agency is tax exempt
agency~ and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the following

NOW, THEREFOREr BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax .
Collector cancel taxes as stated above and provide refunds to
Felix R9driguez,.- c/o McKirdy & -Riskin, Esq., PO Box 237_9,
Morristown, NJ 07962, in the amount 6f $3,441.82 for 2006 and
$2,397.46 for 2007 totaling $5,839.28.
Adopted this 12th day of April, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 13, 2007.
