yRESOLUTION 78 -33
Member, Thomas Crosby offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has received from the County of Hennepin,
a list of lands in said municipality which became the property of the State of Minnesota,
for non-payment of 1969 or 1970 real estate taxes, which said list has been designated
as Classification List No. 654-NC and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by
the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation
land and the sale thereof has hereto fore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minnesota
Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of
each parcel of land described is said list as non -conservation land be and the same
is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is
hereby approved.
The question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the roll being called, there
were 0 YEAS and 5 Nays, as follows:
