PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, The following property listed below
'applied for Tax-Exempt status under the provisions
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30 et seq., and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved
the application for the 2001 tax year, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B? the Mayor and
Council, of the Borough of Carteret, County of b~ddlesex
State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel the
2OO1 taxes in accordance with the following schedule.
