FOR PORT READING BUSINESS PARK, LLC (PROLOGIS)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a TWA
Penllit for FOlt Reading Business Park, LLC (prologis), in a fann approved by the
Borough Attorney and Borough Engineer.

and certified as a true copy of the
