The clerk was to write to municipal league and
and rules concerning the trailer camps.

in Section 14, in Block 2 of the Ault Cemetery. Motion Carried.
The legal description of the property south of the pump house was to
be looked up and surveyed, or measured off if possible, and then to

Robinson moved: Wood seconded: To draw up an ordinance in which all
business place's prohibate the sale of beer on week -ends from 12:00
midnight Saturday night until 12:00 midnight Sunday night. Motion Barrie
The highway Department brought up two school traffic signs to be put
on highway 85 to regulate speed of traffic during school hours.
There was a complaint about the back lots of Mr. Bietz's residence. The
clerk was instructed to write to Mr. Bietz ana see if this matter
would be taken care of as soon as possible.
Galloway moved: Wood seconded: To authorize '75.00 per month to Sherman
Woods , to act as part time L arshall- during the day, along with his $
night duties. This extra pay was to commence at a time his car could
be put into use for this purpose.
Dusting of the town was discussed, and Burroughs moved: Wood seconded:
To have the towndusted soon as possible. A vote showed 4 yes, and 1 nO.
Finance committee examined these bills:

Mayor Kurtz called the special meeting to order at 6:10 P.T.
Members present were: Burman, Burroughs, .;alloway, Robinson, ridmaier
and Wood.
An application for a 3.2% beer license was read.
Widmaier moved: Burman seconded: To grant Jack juicer and ilbert ae
Herrera a 3.2;0 beer license for one year. Lotion carried.
The proposed beer ordinance was aisscussed, and Mrs. Jones, Therman
Andrews, Les hotaling, and Virigil "uncap were present to ask the
Town Board ,for a little consiaeratidn on there part as businessmen.
Also they asked if possible to let them set there own hours as when to
open and close during the week -ends.
The Mayor then read the proposed ordinance regulating the sale of
Fermented Dealt Beverages to business houses, during the weekends.
It was deceided to table the ordinance un i1 the next regular meeting
of October 6, 1953.
The part time day raarshall was disscusseu and d--eceided to be put
on the pay roll the beginning of the week.
Some discussion on the sale of the three lots at the pump house park
was brought up.
Wood moved: Burroughs seconded: To advertise three lots south of the
pumphouse for sale as a residentual site only and withe the right to
reject any and all bids. Lotion carried.
The acting clerk was to ask T lr. Brayton for the difference in price,
rates for the policemen's bonds.
The acting clerk was to contact ,,het 1 -re„ ton and Jerry v+hite to get bids
on painting the front of the city hall.
