Motion Carried. o�_¢..cL4-- Clerk Mayor Regular ' Meeting November 3, 1953 Regular meeting was called to oraer by Mayor Kurtz at 8:15 P.M. Members present were: Burman, Burroughs, Galloway, Robinson, iifimaier and Wood. Regular mintues of October 6, 1953 were read and approved as read. Receipts and LJisburserents of the town for the month of October, were read. The Town received two safe water red orts from the Health Iepartment. Paul Becthola was present to show the town board anew map he has, plan- ned, in which to outline all water mains, gas lines, sewer lines, and plots of the whole town of "ult. The Proposed 3udget for 1954 was examined, and was to be published. Also a copy was to be left at . the City Hall to examined by whomever concerned. Galloway Moved: Robinson seconded: To except the proposed budget for the year 1954. Motion Carried. The acting clerk discussed a grade sweet left here by %r. Moody, county surveyor, pertaining to the grade, in the alley between 1st and 2nd street. Marion W iamaier was to contact Charles Hill, county road over- seer, to see if he could do this grading for us in the near future. Mrs. Fathergill was present ta ask if the ooard would consider pur- chasing a new book of Statutes of the State of Colorado, as our latest issue is dateu, 1935. She also wanted to know what the town board expected of her as Police Magistrate. There were three applications for liquor license. Galloway moved: Wood seconded: Togrant regular liquor license to regular liquor dealers for 1954. Edwin Clauson, GYorge Simpson and .A.ugust Sothman. Motion Carried. MTor Kurtz appoThted Galloway, good and Burman on a committee to draw up rules and regulations for trailer courts being set up here in town. There was much discussion on the Pump Eouse lots. No definite decision was reached until the people concerned about the tennis courts could be contacted, and there ideas discussed further.
