IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to tae

and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
one year following completion.
