Town Board Briefing
June 28, 2017
Please note that members of the Town Board will have dinner together starting at
5:30pm.
During the workshop session, we’ll have an opportunity for follow up discussion from the
Retreat and the CML Conference.
I’m working with Toni to finalize the grant and loan agreement, we’ve both been very
busy this week so I won’t have a final draft til next week.
Following that item, I’d like to propose that the Board allocate additional funding to the
business enhancement grant program.
The Housing Roundtable has recommended a Housing Policy for your consideration.
Following a discussion regarding property maintenance, I’d like to confirm our meeting
schedule for July. Note that the first meeting would be July 5th.
