Upon roll call there were four voted yes, and two voted no. The Town Council received a report from the ;Weld Jounty Lealth Dept. onthe three wells furnishing water for the Town of s ult. The Health Dept. asked to have the pumps lifted or raised from a pit to ground surface and sealed to prevent contamination to the water supply. The Water Committee was asked to contact parties interested to do this type of well work and get an estimate on what the cost would be, and also if our present pumps would be large enough Lo handle the water supply, if they were raised to ground level. The Town Board appointed, Paul Lear, Volunteer Fireman to appoint extra help if needed prior to afire run or actual fighting of a fire. However not over ten men at any time are to be in active service, as the Fire- men's Blanket Insurance coverage only protects ten Volunteer firemen at any fire. Hall, of s1ult, Jolorado. Members present were: Burroughs, Galloway, Robinson and Wood. Burman and Widmaier were absent. Galloway moved: Burroughs seconded: To grant the V.F. 4. hall , Post 4334, a 3.2% Beer License for one year. Motion Carried. A letter from Barnard Houtchens, Town Attorney, concerning the sale of the three town lots, located at the Town Pump house Park, was read, disscused, and taoled until the regular meeting of March 2, 1954. Members present were: Burman, Burroughs, Galloway, lobinson, Widmaier, and hood. Robinson moved; Widmaier seconded: To grant George and Henry Fabrizuis a 3.2;0 beer License for one year.
