Quinn, Debbie Young, Sam Brewer, Mayor Philip Vandernail and Cody

Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

2. Approval of Minutes:
a) Approval of Minutes of March 8, 2017 Planning Commission minutes
Commissioner Vandernail moved, and Commissioner Quinn seconded the motion to
approve the March 8, 2017 Planning Commission Minutes. Motion carried: 7-0.
b) Approval of March 8, 2017 Board of Adjustment minutes
Commissioner Taylor moved, and Commissioner Brewer seconded the motion to
approve the March 8, 2017 Board of Adjustment Minutes. Motion carried: 5-0.
3. Open Forum:
a. Business not on the agenda
The PC could like to plan a Town cleanup day at the end of May.
4. Discussion Regarding:
a) Meeting Etiquette/Rules of a Meeting
First the PC thanked everyone for attending the meeting. The PC stated the following
conditions to speak at a public hearing or an open forum: Each individual will have three
minutes to speak, each person may only speak once, if you agree with what has been
said say so and do not repeat the same information, do not speak from the audience,
only at the podium, no disruptions, and please be respectful.

b) Amendments to Fraser Zoning Code
The PC discussed various options to amend the town's zoning codes. The PC decided
on a conditional use for each zone.

Commissioner Vandernail moved, and Commissioner Brewer seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
