DESIGNATING THE RADISSON HOTEL GROUP AS THE REDEVELOPER
FOR 50 & 60 GOLlNO PLACE AND DESIGNATING
THE CARTERET REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AS
THE REDEVELOPMENT ENTITY THEREFORE
"'HEREAS, the Mayor and Council are desirous of designating a redeveloper to initiate
and complete the redevelopment of 50 & 60 Golino Place and designating the Cartcrct
Redevelopment Agency as the ultimate redevelopment entity to oversee the
redevelopment thereof, subject to the fOill1alizing of an acceptable redevelopment
agreement between the appropriate parties thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Calteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows: .
1. That the Radisson Hotel Group, or its affiliated entity, is hereby
designated as the redeveloper for 50 & 60 Oolino Place and Carteret
Redevelopment Agency is further designated as the ultimate
redevelopment entity to oversee the redevelopment thereof, subject to
fOTInalization of a redevelopment agreement between the appropriate
parties thereto, to the extent required given the limited scope of the
proposed redevelopment project.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency, the Radisson Hotel Group and the Borough
Attomey.
