Chick's will fund the closing without debt. See the attach letters, supporting my financial capabilities to fund and complete this project. Chick's has been incorporated since 1980 and I am the sole shareholder. Chick's has and still owns property in Linden, New Jersey. We have also done projects in Staten Island, New York, and just last year a renovation in Mountainside, New Jersey. . We will be using Wenson Associates, Rahway New Jersey to handle the project.
