RESOLUTION NO. 06 -4396
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A
CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING
GENERAL SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors
that it approves and desires to renew the general services agreement currently in effect between the
County and the City for a five -year period commencing on July 1, 2006, and requests the Board of
Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said agreement subject to the terms and provisions thereof and
to authorize the County departments to continue to provide the services requested pursuant to the
existing general services agreement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and shall
forward a copy of this Resolution to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

regular meeting held on the 7th day of February, 2006 by the following vote:
