HomeMy Public PortalAbout1979-003Member Sarah Lutz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. .29_3 PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY WHEREAS Northwestern Bell , a public utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application to the City for the installation of Buried Cable located at 1525 Hunter Drive within the City of Medina; NOW,, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their original condition upon completition of Installation and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other damage caused by said installation for a period of one year following completion. 2.
