CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. .29_3
PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION
IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS Northwestern Bell , a public
utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application
to the City for the installation of Buried Cable
located at 1525 Hunter Drive
within the City of Medina;
NOW,, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completition of Installation
and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
one year following completion.

4. Depth of Conduit:

The motion for the adoption of the fo egoing Re elution is duly
seconded by Member Thomas Crosby and upo vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Thomas Anderson, Thomas Crosby, Bill Reiser, Nancy Laurent, Sarah Lutz
and the following voted against _
None
whereupon said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
