RESOLUTION NO. 7 % ,.5—
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, th City of Medina has by Resolution provided for the
sale of ,41/ a,Afj, icy4 9
Independence Beach, Hennepin Cofty fed; ����f�j�Y�
and
WHEREAS, the said LO.,�Q_6_,„2-2-2 ��_.-7tAr_a accepts all
of the conditions of the sale of said land as set forth by the
City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and Clerk to execute the
purchase Agreement on said property.
BE IT FU TBER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to /execute a Quit Claim Deed to convey the
said property to
