A RESOLUTION OF T:HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING TRACT MAP -

WHEREAS, the final Tract Map No. 52511,has been reviewed by the City ,
'Engineer and found to have been prepared''in conformance with and consistent with the
(~~~ approved tentative map, the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance;

WHEREAS, the developer has~complied with, or will .bond for,'all the

Engineering Division improvement requirements, prior to recordation.
. ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the .City Council.. approves the final Tract Map No. 52511.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon- its adoption.
