A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION
.PLAN, MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL EMPLOYEES'
SALARY SCHEDULES

WHEREAS, the Crty Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee
Classification and Position Plan and amended same as needed; and. ~ `
WHEREAS, .the City Council of the City of Lynwood has .adopted a salary resolution with
salary schedules including Management and General salary schedules; 'and 1
WHEREAS, the City.has identified a need for the inclusion of new position. statements,
retitling and/or amending existing classifications; and
WHEREAS, the required job analysis has been completed and a classification statement
' :prepared on that basis; and
WHEREAS, the 'Personnel"Board has reviewed the new classifications and
changes to some existing position statements/job titles.. ,~
t ~ NOW,:TH.EREFORE,' the City Council.. of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
. determine, order and resolve as follows:
' Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and Position~Plan and appropriate salary
schedule to reflect the,following: "

~ Accounting Manager 47M $3,677 - $4,472
Redevelopment Project Manager 47M $3,677 - $4,472 ~ _
Redevelopment Assistant 39G $2,896 - $3,521
' ~ S°enior Planner 45M $3,502 - .$4,261
Section 2. Approve additional appropriations as needed to accomodate any differences in
salaries for the above positions than what was reflected in the FY 98-99 Budget.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
