RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has by Resolution provided for the
Independence Beach, Hennepin County to;

NOW, THEREI.ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and Clerk to execute the
purchase Agreement on said property.
BE IT FU=THER RESOLVED, that the P.7ayor and the Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quit C im Deed to conyey,the
