AUTHORIZING REFUND OF T,,"'C AND/OR SEWER
FEESOVERPAY~IENT
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of tile Borough of Carteret has reviewed the Rolls and detem1ined that
certain monies are due and payable by the Borough of Carteret to certain residents and property
owners within the Borough of Carteret, as a result of an overpayment of Taxes And/or Sewer Fees,
and
\VHEREAS, the Tax Collector reconunends the immediate reimbursement of the excess Funds
currently collected by the Borough of Carteret to certain enumerated individuals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Ai'lD IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey: that the Tax Collector is
Authorized to illuuediately refund and pay the overpayment of Taxes Andf or Sewer Fees to the
hldividuals and property owners of the specific properties listed below and/or attached hereto
