RESOLUTION NO. 98-169
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ '
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK SPORT •
. FIELDS LIGHTING INSTALLA.TION,' PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS
BEING COMPLETE
• WHEREAS,.on May 6, -1998; the City Council awarded a contract of $202,967.00
~- to Power Distributors, Inc. for the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields Lighting Installation; and
` ~ WHEREAS, the project started on July 21, .1997, and was completed on
September 14, 1998;. and - -
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $204,997.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of.the City of Lynwood does hereby".find,
` • " proclaim; order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields
• Lighting Installation, Project No. 5-5173, as being complete in accordance with contract
. documents. '.
.. Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
