RESOLUTION NO. 79-9
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Medina held
on the 20th day of March, 1979, the following .Resolution was
offered by William Reiser, seconded by Nancy Laurent to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation
has prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of
Trunk Highway Number 118, renumbered. as Trunk Highway No. 55
within the corporate limits of the City of Medina at C.S.A.H.
116; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of
the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being
marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No, lA S.P. 2722-34
(55-118) at C.S.A.H 116
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for
the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits
be and hereby are approved, subject to the following changes:
The State shall design a service road which provides
direct access to all properties abutting on the North
Right -Of -Way line of Trunk Highway 55.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted
in favor of the Resolution:
Thomas Anderson, William Reiser, Nancy Laurent
The following Council members voted against its adoption: None
Absent:
Sarah Lutz, Thomas Crosby
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the
Resolution adopted.
