APPROVING .BOTH THE~CITY COUNCIL AND THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY MEETING CONCURRENTLY AT 6:00 P.M. ON THE: FIRST
AND THIRD TUESDAY`OF EACH MONTH "

~'` _ WHEREAS, meetings of the City Council are officially scheduled for. 7:30.
.. ~ p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of every month; and
' WHEREAS, meetings of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency are
officially scheduled for 6:00 p.m: on the first and third Tuesday of every month;
. and
WHEREAS, in the interest of efficiency and the economizing of time and
City resources, if is desired that meetings of the City Council and meetings of
the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency coincide and are both officially scheduled
. to commence at 6:00 p.m. on'the first and third Tuesday of every month; and
NOW-.THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE.. CITY COUNCIL OF

' . THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOW:
SECTION 1~. That.the City Council authorizes and approves that meetings
of the City Council and meetings of the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
coincide and are both officially scheduled to commence at 6:00 p.m. on the #irst
and'third Tuesday of every month..
SECTION 2. That'this .resolution shall take effect immediately-upon its
` adoption. -
