Motion Carried. Regular Meeting March 8, 1955 Regular meeting was called to order at 7:45 by 'ayor W idmaier. This Meeting vas called one week late because of members being out of Town at the time of reg- ular meeting. Members nresent were: Burman, Clary, Coon, Schulz and Wykert. mason was absent. Minutes of regular meeting of February 1, 1955, were readand a eroved as read. Receints and Disbursements of the Town, for the month of February, 1955 were read by the Clem(. The Clerk read the Corresnondence received from the Town Attorney and Home Light and Power Co, There were many problems of the Tawn Day Marshall which were discussed, and it was deceided to have the Police Committee inform him of His laxed and dissatis- fied services. Anpointment of an extra Police Magistrate was discussed. Carl.. Archer asked the Town Board for permission to have his 3.2% beer license transferred from the Archer's Pool.. Hall to Les's Pool Hall in which he will now be one"ating. The Town attorney was to be contacted to get legal nroceedures Rn the subject. e Wykert" moved: Schulz seconded: To have about 200ft. o.fl* water main extended, zorth,from the end of the " rater main at the north nart of 1st Ave. Motion Carried. Bill Graefe asked the Toen board for nermis sion to replace a 3/4" water line lead- ing into his place with a 1" tan onto the 8" water main leading into Town from the West Pumn, and also tan into the low nart of the water main instead of he Night nart of the water main to avoid a lot of air pressure. Graefe in turn will put a rrivate well into use to help full fill his water needs, which would pro- vide more water for Town use. Permission granted. More bids eas to be gotten for the installing of a new back entrance door of the Town Hall, and also renairing of the back wall of the building. The new Ordinances on Dog license and Peddler's License were to be .written out in full for the coming April meeting, and discussed further.
