RESOLTJTION NO. �/ - J.3
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Medina ratify the
action of mayor and City Clerk, entering into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation,
for the following purposes, to wit;
To install a. traffic control signal with street lights and
signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at County State Aid Highway
No. 19 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth
and contained in Agreement No. 59388, a copy of which was
before the Council on the 20th day of march 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha the proper City of Medina
officers have been authorized to execute such agreement and
thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
