'VHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Carteret Board of Health; and
'VlIEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make an
appointment to said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of CarteIet do hereby appoint:
