There was some discussion on the amount to be charged a water consumer when his or her meter has failed to operate during the month. The clerk was infor- med to carry out Ordinance # 80, of the Town. of Ault, which states that any meter which shall fail to register in any month, the consumer shill be charged with the average monthly consumption during the ten nreceesding months as shown by the meter when in order.
