It was deceided that every- one within the Town Limits of Ault, owing a dog, regardless of size, or age and also regardless of wether they were in a pen or on leash, must purchase a dog license, and also have the dog vacinated against rabies, each year. Wm Nix asked for permission to hook up to the same sewer service line as the Town Hall, because of the Town service line running directley under ° his house., It was discussed, and if Sanitation District would O.K. it, he could hook up to same line providing there would be an aggreement between Town aed Nix that regardless of „hen line pluggedup, that the expense would be shared. A letter was to be mitten to the Police Magistrate asking him, to allow $2.00 extra to each Police Officer, serving in court during his off duty, hou.s..This t$2.00 was to be gotten by adding it on to the fine of the per- son found guility or paying the fine. There was some discussion on the amount to be charged a water consumer when his or her meter has failed to operate during the month. The clerk was infor- med to carry out Ordinance # 80, of the Town. of Ault, which states that any meter which shall fail to register in any month, the consumer shill be charged with the average monthly consumption during the ten nreceesding months as shown by the meter when in order. The aggreement between the Town of Ault and Fred Hoffner was again brought uo and discussed. This right -of- ?gay was drawn un on July 2, 19%7 and expired on the 2nd day of July 1252. It has been eight years since Fred Hoffner has used this right of way. He now has abandoned this right of way completely, so according to the opinion of the Town Attorney, the osople living along the west side of 1st Avenue or alone this ri eht of way now have the right to install curbs and gutters without any interference from either party, as long as the curbing shall be nut in according to the Town Ordinance.
