This requires a budget amendment from contingency (100-9000-61-1000) of $7,333.33 to DPW – Other Equipment (100-4210-54-2500) Out of state travel, Christopher Shook, National School of RV Park and Campground Management, February 2013. Line Item: 1006180-52-3500, $600.00. Scholarship funds will be awarded for remaining fees and expenses. Pending ADA requirements and needed renovation of filtration infrastructure at the campground pool has been identified as a priority within the FY13 operating budget. Portion of money has previously been allocated and amount in excess will be derived from departmental expenditures ($4,800). Budget Line Item: 100-6180-54-1110. Request permission to go out for proposals for a new automatic water meter reading system to replace the current system – Infrastructure Committee recommendation. Budget Line Item: 505-4410-54-2400. Proposed Diversified Design, P.C. – Design/Engineer Firm for the Public Safety Building for a contract based on the RFP #2012-633 – Amendment #1 for the amount of $113,300 – Recommended by the Public Safety Committee.
