RESOLUTION NO. 06-4408
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION AND
DENYING A REQUEST BY MR. AND MRS ROMOLO CORSINI FOR
ZONE VARIANCES TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
THREE CAR GARAGE THAT WOULD HAVE A TWELVE FOOT
SETBACK (INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED TWENTY FOOT SETBACK)
BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE GARAGE DOORS AND THE PROPERTY
LINE ALONG ENCINITA AVENUE AND WOULD HAVE A FIVE FOOT
REAR YARD SETBACK (INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED FIFTEEN FOOT
REAR YARD SETBACK) IN THE R -1 ZONE AT 9169 WEDGEWOOD

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council and
information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning Commission minutes
of February 28, 2006 and based upon a review of the plans and based upon testimony received at a noticed
public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 28, 2006 and based upon a noticed public
hearing before the City Council on March 21, 2006, the City Council hereby upholds the action of the
Planning Commission and denies the Zone Variance based upon the findings set forth in Planning
Commission Resolution No. 06- 2167PC.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, Zone Variance 06 -1649 is hereby denied.
