Regular Meeting
June 20, 1955

Regular meeting was called to order at 7:115 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members Tres-
ent were: Burman, Clary, Coon, Mason, Schulz and Wykert.
Minutes of regular meeting of June 7, 1955 and Special meeting June 20, 1955 were
read and approved as read.
Recsints and Disbursements for the month of June 1955 were read by the Clerk.
The Correspondence for the month, from Barnard Houtchens, and Cruttenden and
Co. was read and discussed.
Ramie Green and Harold Rice, were present at the board meeting to discuss the
og Ordinance for the Town of Ault, and also to see why they had to purchase dog
license's and have there dogs vacinated, because they were always penned up and -un-
der there personal supervision when not in the nen.
The Town Board discussed the matter and deceided, it would only be fair to all
dog owners, to have them follow the Ordiance's of the Town, or have there dogs
removed from the own.
Trustee Schulz asked if something could be done about the drainage system, in the
alley between lst andC2nd Street.
The Street and Alley ommittee was to investigate this matter and report at the
regular meeting of August, 1955.
Bob Beverlin, Day -Marshall, and Ed Kopp, Police Magistrate was present to discuss
Police problems of the Town and also to have Violation and Traffic Ordinances
Amfiended.
Coon moved: Mason seconded; To have Traffic Ordiance Amended, to

Schulz moved: Coon seconded: To buy a new 1955, v-8, Chevrolet from Widmaier
Chevrolet, at price quotated of $1690.00. Motion Carried.
Wykert moved: Mason seconded: to purchase a new 21" -Coro lawn mower from Coon
Hardware for price quotated of 76.00, allowing $60.00 trade-in on old mower.
