DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO THE
LITTLE CARTERET LEAGUE AND
ROTARY CLUB OF CARTERET
'VHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Calieret by Little Carteret League and Rotary Club of Carteret;
and .,
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members d6ignated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
ofthe applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have signified that. the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; a119.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
fOlihwith to the Legalized Games .of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 0710L
