Burman moved: Coon seconded: To grant George Simpson, August Sothman, And Frank D. Moody, each, a 1956 Liquor License. Motion Carried. A 3}.2% beer annlication was sent in by Carl Archer.. Wykert moved: T3urman seconded: To grant Carl Archer a 3.2` beer license for one year. Motion Carried. An Ordinance drawn up by the Town Attorney, concerning the Fire Dent, was read in full and discussed by the Town Board. Clary moved: Wykert seconded: To have Ordinance # 125, concerning the Fire Dent., The damaging of fire hose and annaratus, hindering firemen on duty, nrovinding right - of - way for fire and other emergency vehicles and providing a penalty for violations be passed, ado-cted, and ordered published, as try law nrescrived. Motion Carried. There was - a lot of discussion on what!' to do with the money, received from the Russell Nelson's for the three lots, at the Pump house nark. It was deceided to have - it nut into an improvement fund for the future. The Clerk was to put an article into local paper asking the people to cooperate in moving of car's off of main Street on friday nights, so streets and gutters could be swept, and also to move cars during winter nights, if called by the Marshall, so as snow could be removed, by the State Highway Dept. Officer Beverlin asked for Permission to attend a two day drivers school, along with some of the student drivers to be held in Denver by the- Highway Safety Council. He also asked for money to be put into a fund to buy, equipment, supplies, etc. for the Ault Comunity, toward the safety of all drivers. Motion Carried. Mayor Regular Meeting was called to order at 8:20 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members pre* sent were: Clary, Schulz and Wykert. Members absent were: Burman, Coon, and Mason. Minute,, of the regular meeting of November 1, 1955 were read and approved as read. Receipts and Disbursements for the month -)f November 1955 were read by the Clerk. Weld Co. Health Dept. sent in four safe water semrle reports for the Town, during the month of November. As there were no protests toward. the Proposed budget for 1956, Schulz moved: Wykert seconded: To adont proposed budget for the coming year. Motion Carried. There was some discussion on the installing of a street light at the corner of 1st avenue, and Allison street. A letter of authorization was to be sent to the Home Light and Power Co. to have this installed soon as nossible, The Clerk wad notified to send all delinquent water user's a special notice, to pay-0up there water bills, within five days, or make arrangments for nayment, or there water would be turned off. A notice was to be put into local :saner, on no loafing, or loitering in U.S. Post Office, and the Day and Night Marshall's were supposed to keep closer check, and help out much as nossible. There was lots of discussion on the expenditure's of the Town. It was deceided to have warrants registered at the Farmers National Bank, when needed, until the General fund could again be brought back un to normal.
