called for in the plans.

Dear Mr. Steele:
Enclosed, please find Change Order No. 3 from Speegle Construction, Inc. We have reviewed the
proposed changes to the Contract and find them acceptable. The Change Order amounts to a credit of
$5,848 and is related to the substitution of the elevated tank balcony handrail with a standard handrail
typically used by the Subcontractor. For your information, this Change Order will bring the total change in
Contract Price due to Change Orders to $14,235.

performed under this Contract. The General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions,
Specifications and all parts of the Project Manual listed in Article 1, Definitions, of the
General Conditions apply to and govern all work under this change order.
