Regular Meeting February 7, 1956
Re=gular Meeting was called to order at 7:38 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members present
were: Burman, Clary, Coon, Mason, Schulz and Wykert.
Minutes of Regular Meeting of January 1956, were- read and approved as read.
Receilets and Disbursements for the month of January 1556 were read by the Clerk.
Weld County Health Dent. sent in two safe water -sample reports for the month of
anuary 1956.
Sarah -Andrews sent in an atnlicetion -or a 3.2% beer license. rllykert moved:
Burman seconded: To grant Mrs. Sarah Andrews a 3.2% beer license for one year.
Motion Carried.
Clary moved: Coon seconded: To held a Torun Election on April 3, 1956 in which one
Mayor and six Trustees, are to be elected. Motion Carried.
Schulz moved Chun seconded: To ,raise aide men's wages to ,5„ o per regular meet-
ing night, and to raise Mayor's wages to $7.50 ner regular meeting night, and to
he made effective for new Town Board, as of April 1956. Notion Carried.
The Ault V.F.W. Club asked for permission to allow Scheel students, to nlay pool at
the V.ii .' W. Hall, beterwen the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 2:00 "'.M. ;gin Saturday's. They
would be under sunervi lion durin'' this time and n 'leer would be sold or no ;amb-
ling allowed during` '.hese hours. This was tabled until a later meetin7.
The D'ay Marshall left an exemnle of e Penalty As.sesment ticket to be examined r,y
the Ton Board. If agreeable he would like to have book conies made ur to h used
for itielations. These fines or bonds could be made nayahle to the Town Clem or
Town Police Officer instead of having to go thragh a Felice Magistrate's Court.
This Sivas tabled until March meeting.

Regular Meeting March 6, 1954
Regular Meeting was called to order at 7;45 P.M. by "ayr Widmaier. Members
present were: Burman, Clary, Ceen and Wykert. Members absent were: Mason and
Schulz:.
Minutes of Regular Meeting of February 7, 1956 were read and approved as read.
Reeeints and Disbursements for the month of February 1956 were read by the Clerk.
Weld C. Health Dept. sent in tyre safe water sample reports, fir the month of
February 1956.
Robert Gunsen sent in an application for a 3.2% beer license, for the West Peel
Hall. Burman proved: Wykert seconded: To gra t Robert Guns•n a 3.2% beer license for
one year. Motion Carried.
Burman moved: Wykert seconded: To appoint Mrs. Riedel, Mrs. Fullmer, and Mrs.
Laura Coffman, as election Judges for 1956, and Mr. C. A. Brayton as an alternate
Judge, respectfully, Motion Carried.
An Ordinance to be numbered #126, e•ncerning, Salary's •f Town Officers was in-
troduced, and read in full.
Wykert moved: Coen seconded: T • have Ordinance # 126, concerning Salary's for
Town 0fficerts, published as by law prescribed. Motion Carried.
Mr. Willard Ellis, was present, to ask the Town Beard, ir permission, to be grant-
ed a 3.2% beer license. Mr. Rllis also presented a application for the B & G Cafe,
formerly the Ault Grill.

There was a let of discussion, en the request from the tate Highway Department,
about the narking situation, alon highway # 85, in front of the Green and white
Cafe. The Street and Alley Committee was to contact the State Highway Dept. and work
with them.
