RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH THE PEPPERMINT
PLAYHOUSE PUPPETEERS FOR 2007-2008 ENVIRONMENTAL SHOWS
'VHEREAS, the BOl:ough of Carteret (the -"Borough") is committed to the education of
their youth and helping,maintain the best possible environment for all residents; and
'VHEREAS, the Borough desires to enter into a ~ontract for various environmental
shows for the Borough's school chfIdren; and
\VHEREAS, the Peppemlint Playhouse Puppeteers have submitted a contract for five (5)
shows within the Borough and the same as be approved in accordance with the required
purchasing procedures. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this the appropriate Borough Officials
are hereby authori?:ed to enter into a contract the Peppemlint Playhouse Puppeteers as
provided for herein.- J
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough's Purchasing Agent and Recycling Coordinator.
