CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 79-43
RESOLUTION EXCEPTING THE JUBERT CONSOLIDATION
WHEREAS,Emil J. Jubert and Rita A. Jubert, husband and
wife, are the owners of real estate described as:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 30, Independence
Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the two parcels of real estate above described
were two separate parcels of record prior to the 16th day of
March, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the above described owners have made application
to consolidate the property as follows:
Parcel 1: Lots 4 and 5,Block 30,
Independence Beach, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
WHEREAS, the proposed consolidated parcel is served by
public sanitary sewer and water and the owners have requested a
fair consolidation of the special assessments heretofore levied;
and
WHEREAS, none of the described property has previously been
the subject of a consolidation under this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the proposed consolidation will not create a need
for additional streets; and
WHEREAS, a survey of the property, a sketch of the proposed
consolidation, and a concise legal description have been filed
as a part of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina as follows:
1. That the said consolidation is hereby excepted from the
Platting Code in accordance with Ordinance No. 159;
2. That any existing special assessments for public improve-
ments be consolidated as follows:
Parcel 1: 100% thereof
3.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this Resolution shall be conditioned
upon the following requirements:
1. The applicant shall obtain a land consolidation for tax-
ing purposes from the Hennepin County Finance Department consistent
herewith.
2. The applicant shall pay an administrative fee to the City of
Medina in the amount of $ (waived),
