RESOLUTION NO. 79- <2 -/-i
WHEREAS the City of Medina's application for Year III
Community Development Block Grant Funds in the amount
of $4662.00 for land acquisition at Independence Beach
for park purposes, has been approved, and
WHEREAS the Environmental Assessment has been written
to include only land acquisition, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina re-
quests the designation of the $4662.00 be amended to
include upgrading and development of the property for
park purposes, in addition to the original land acquis-
ition request.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this
