Town Clerk ,zte(h `,t ° Mayor Regular Meeting August 7, 1956 Regular meeting was brought to order at 7:20 P.M. by Meer M.C. Widmaier. Members present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson ad Snow. Members ab- sent were: Wykert. Minutes of Regular Board meeting of July 1956 were read and approved as read. Receipts and 'isbursements for the month of July 1956 were read by the Clerk. Weld County Health Dent. sent in four safe water sample reports for the month of July 1956. Clary moved: Armstrong seconded: To ado t and have nublishd an Ordinaice to De positing numbered # 127 of the own of Ault, concerning the of Rubbish, Filth, Dirt all Debris in Streets, Gutters and Alleys and other public and private places, concerning offenses and providing nenalites, Motion Carried. Mayor Widmaier reported that the Firemen's pension Fund Bonds, Series F. were cashed in and money was nut into Firemen's Pension Fund Savings account. There was some discussion on a trash or dump yard for the Town of Ault, Mr. Troy Jones was to be contacted and asked to attend regular meeting in Sent. to see if some aggreement could be worked out, between the Town of Ault ari Mr. Jones. The Clerk was to contact Water Service Tank Co. and ask them to contact the Toatn of Ault, again in the fall, to look over our water pressure tanks for cleaning, and recoating. Rules- and Regulations gove-ning Fire Dept. were drawn up and sent in by Ault Fire Dent. to have Town Board O.K, and enforce. �tfi'N Robinson moved: Snow seconded: To except rules and regulations pertain' to Ault Fire Department. Motion Carried. e0: Permission was granted by the Town Board, to the Fire Dept. to put"hand bills, asking water users to not use any water on lawns on afternoon of August 12, 1956 ao as to maintain an even pressure for Firemen's Tournement races. Also per- mission was granted to block off youth 1st Avenue to have Tournient races. A.n estimate was to be gotten on new tubing for drain tile, in the Town of Ault, and the old tile was to be replaced as soon as convient.
