APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMElh tOK
THE CORNELL ESTATES STORMW ATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
"'HEREAS, the Borough has previously awarded a stonnwater improvement project
ktlown3? the Comell Estates Stonllwater Sewer Project; and
\VHEREAS, the Borough is in need of certain property easements with regard to same;
and
\VHEREAS, tl}e Borough is desirous to enter into a temporary construotion easement
with Andrea Reno-Levito, as POA for Ms. Christine Reno, regarding Block 363, Lot 26,
more commonly known"as 1 Pinho Avenue Cafteret, NJ 070Q8; and
\VHEREAS, the Borough Attorney has fOffilalized the te:nl1s of said tempora,ry
construction easement with the property owner.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Boroilgh
of Carteret as follows: .
1. That the Finance Department be and is hereby authorized to issue a check
in the amount of $2,000.00 made payable to Andrea Reno-Levito, as POA
for. Christine Reno, in consideration of granting the Borough the
Temporary Construction Easement ove~ the above-referenced parcel of
real property.
2. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized and directed
to take any- and all actions necessary to effectuate the above easement
according ~o its terms.
Adopted this 6th day of June 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 7, 2007.
