May 23, 96 from 11:OOp.m.---5:OOa.m. This is a self -funded event for the graduating students and is not sponsored by the #93 School District. Parents are donating their time and resources to provide an SUBSTANCE -FREE PARTY. We are in need of cash donations from local Business or organizations like yours. We will be holding the party at the Health & Racquet Club. We have game costs, rental on the facility, purchase of food & prizes and some miscellaneous expenses. We will be charging the Seniors a small ticket fee to the party. We would like to keep this charge as small as possible and our goal is to keep the Partying in a controlled area and give the students a good clean activity to celebrate their special night. The Dare & Idaho Highway Safety Programs are encouraging this type of event. We can receive grants from these organizations if the evening goes DRUG FREE. We cannot receive this money till after our party and so therefore we need some other monies to fund costs that we are incurring at this time. There are about 245 graduates from BHS this year and approximately 40-50 of these young people live in the Iona area. We are asking your support in any amount of money that you might be able to help us make this a successful and safe event for our graduating seniors. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
