Regular Meeting November 5, 1956
Trustee Burman gave report on the dumring grounds ,for the Town of Ault. Ideas
were discussed and to be set up at a later date on the dumping priviledges for
the Town people, and the cost to dump a load of trash, as soon as an aggreement
could be reached with Mr Troy Jones, owner of the Trash grounds.
Therer was some discussion on the installing of a street light about in the center
of the alley between 1st St. and A. Street. Street and Alley Committee was to
investigate this matter before next regular meeting.
Burman moved Robinson seconded: To increase Paul Lear's wages $15.00 per month, or
from the present $285.00 To $300.00 per month Motion Carried.
There was some discussion on the work of the Town employee's. The Town Clerk
(Paul Lear) was appointed to be in charge of all employee's of the Torte..

Motion
Regular Meeting December 4, 1956
Regular Meeting was called to order at 1:10 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson and Snow. Wykert was absent.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 1956 and corrected minutes of the
Regular meeting of October 1956 were read and anvroved as read.
Receipts and Disbursements for November 1956 were read by the Clerk.
Weld O ounty Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports for the month
of November, 1956.
Snow gave a report on the Street light to be installed about the center of
the alley between 1st Street and A. Street. Street and Alley `ommittee was
to contact the Home Light and Power Co. for location and cost, by the next
regular meeting in January.
Burman gave report on the trash grounds. Armstrong moved: Burman seconded:
To have the Town Attorney draw up a five year lease between the Town of Ault
and Mr. Troy Jones, for the people of the Town of Ault to use his dumping
grounds. Mr. Jones was to fence in, Maintain, and police the grounds for a
cost of $50.00 per month. Motion Carried.
Mr. Martin Schloo was present to explain to the Town Board the method, the
City of Ft. Lunton used to put in Curb and gutter, Storm sewers, and oiling
of the Streets.
