Motion Carried. e Clerk Mayor Regular Meeting January 7, 1957 Regular Meeting was called to order at 7135 p.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members Present were: Armstrong, Glary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. Burman was absent. Minutes of Regular Meeting of December 1956 were read and approved as read. Receipts and Disbursements for December 1956 were read by the Clerk. Weld Co. Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports for the month of December 1956. A 1i" Stub main was to be installed by the Town, extending South along Graefe Avenue and from the 4" main along the north side of 2nd Street. Clary moved: ykert seconded: To raise the price of Cemetery lots from the present $25.00 to $40.00 per lot. It was also discussed to raise the Price of labor on a grave from the present $15.00 to $25.00 per lot. Trustee Snow gave report on the Street Light. Snow moved: Armstrong seconded: To have a Street Light installed, about the middle of the alley, between 1st Street and A. Street. Motion Carried. Trustee Armstrong reported the Town Attorney was drawing up a 1 yr. lease between the Town of Ault and Mr. Troy Jones, for a trash grounds for the Town of Ault, to take effect the 1st day of February 1957. Clerk /� ..,.-r •.i Mayor. February 4., 1957 Regular meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members present were: Armstrong, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. Burman was absent. Minutes of is/egular Meeting of January 7, 1957 were read and approved as read. Receipts and Disbursements for the month of January 1957 were read by the Clerk. Weld Co. Health Dept. sent in two safe water sample reports for the month of January 1957. Beet applications were sent in by Sarah Andrews and the V.F.W. Club. Robinson moved: Wykert seconded: To grant Sarah Andrews and V.F.W. Club, each, a 3.2% Boer License. Motion Carried. A letter from the Town Attorney was read, concerning the dump gronds, & school crossing light. Because the Town of Pierce, has deceided to use the same dump gronds as the Town of Ault, the signing of the lease was tabled until a more definite decision coul be reached. There was some discussion on Senate Bill # 191 and 192, concerning the remaoval of Utilities by the Muncioalities, and Utility Co's. to provide root for Fed- eral Highway improvements.
