APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
(
\VH~REAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor. in the Borough of Carteret; and
\VHEREAS, it is in the best interesLofthe Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Botough of Carteret that
KEVIN MORSE
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, for term to expire on
December 31, 2009,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby
authorized to enter into an employment contract with Mr. Morse for the same.
