ADDENDUM #1 TO CONTRACT NUMBER 23-2013
THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this day of
2015, by and between the City of Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting through its Board of Sanitary Commissioners, (hereinafter referred to
as the "City"), and Elite Clean, (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor")
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract Number 23-2013 on
February 12, 2013 to provide janitorial/cleaning services at the facilities occupied by the
Richmond Sanitary District for an initial term of one (1) year; and
WHEREAS, such contract was extended to December 31, 2014 by an option for
the City to renew such Agreement for an additional one-year term upon the same terms as
those stated in Contract Number 23-2013; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend such contract
for an additional two (2) months in order to provide continuous services while quotes are
solicited for a new Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as
follows:
SECTION IV. TERM OF AGREEMENT of Contract No. 23-2013 will be
revised as follows:
The term of this Agreement shall continue, without interruption, through
February 28, 2015.

2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and
Covenants, including compensation, contained in Contract Number 23-
2013 shall be applicable to the work performed pursuant to this
Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with this
Addendum, in which case this Addendum shall be controlling.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement effective the day and year
first above written, although signatures may be affixed at different times.
