RESOLUTION NO. 79- ,31-
RESOLUTION ORDERING AN IMPROVEMENT AND THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 17th
day of April, 1979, fixed a date for a public hearing by the City
Council on the following proposed improvement:
The repair, reconstruction and surfacing of the streets,
namely, Tower Drive; Pinto Drive between T.H. 55 and Hamel Road;
and Hamel Road between Hickory Drive and a point 600 feet East of
Tower Drive; and

posed in the City Council Resolution adopted on the 17th day of
April, 1979.
2. McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. Said engineering company shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improve-
ment.
