WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Moab held
a Public Meeting at the Regular Council Meeting on the 7th day of August,
1984 for the purpose of amending the 1983/84 fiscal budget; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed amended budget revised to
show no increase in the overall amount of the budget, the Moab City Council
adopted the proposed amended budget as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the meeting
held on the 7th of August, 1984 be, and the same are, hereby ordered to show
the adoption of the amended budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1984
as presented to the Mayor and the City Council.
