Dear Mr. Mena:
Mr. Bruce Bradford, Professional Land Surveyor reconfigured the parking spaces
in the driveway at the above referenced property. The revised parking plan
conforms and meets the 10 parking spaces previously approved for the four (4)
uses on the property in 1998 by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The plan also provides two open spaces in the driveway in order to facilitate
egress in and out of the driveway for cars. In addition to there not being ten
parking spaces, the open means of egress was not present in the previous eight
(8) tandem spaces previously presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The revision involves the removal of a tree, placing of permeable gravel and
angled parking on the Franklin Street Side.
