May 6, 1957
Regular meeting was called to order at &:45 P.M. by Mayor Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert. Burman was absent.
Minutes of the Regular Board meeting of April 1, and necial Board meeting of
April 3, 1957 were read and approved as read.
Receipts and Dish: rsements for the month of April, 1957, were read by the Clerk.
Weld Co. Health Deft. sent in a safe water sample report for the month of April
1957.
Mr. Earl Nhicker was: present to discuss a new dumping grounds for the town of Ault,
and also to verballysubmit his application for Drayman. Street and Alley Committee,
was to check into thetnqw location, price, and rules and regulation for a new dump-
ing grounds.
Clary moved: Snow seconded;,to pick up $500.00 of the Registered Warrants for
The Town of Ault, at th r' s National Bank. Motion Carried.
The Town's water pro ie ' s were discussed. The Estimate sent in by Lesh Well
drilling Co. was read, on that raising of one pump, up to ground level, and the
drilling of a new well. This was tabled to be brought.up and discussed at a later
date.
Clary moved: Wykert secondea: T;` •allow Earl Conger to construct a sidewalk, along
the south line of Allison St. in the front of there property, in accordance with
the Town Engineer. Motion Carried.
Bids were to be submitted for two new tractor tires, tubes, and calcuim cloride,
soon as uosdible.
The Tile line along Highway # 85 was to ke dug out and renaired soon as possible.

Regular Meeting June 3, 1957
Regular meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.,. by tlayor Widmaier. Members
present were: Armstrong, Burman, Clary, Robinson, Snow and Wykert.
Minutes of Regular meeting of May 6, 1957 were read and approved as read.
Receipts and Disbursements for the month of May 1957 were read by the Clerk.
There was some discussion onthe Tile line along Highway # 85. Statements were to
be sent to the State Highway Dept. and the Ditch Co on part of the repairs.
Mr. Owen Moore, from Boettcher and Co. waspresent to talk to the Town Board in
regards to future water improvement, for the Town of Ault.
The Lease agreement between the Town of Ault and Troy Jones was discussed. It was
agreed to hire one dray man to do all Garbage and trash hauling for the Town.
Snow moved:. Wykert seconded: To pay Mr. Troy Jones $ 50.00 per month retroactive, to
the first of this year, and S50.00 per month hereafter. Motion Carried.
Wykert moved: Snow seconded: To grant Earl Whicker a drayman' s license for
per month. Motion Carried.
