• Call to order by President Cathy Merrell (CM) at 5:00pm
• Attendance: CM, DH, Eric Bernsee, DB, Mayor Dory,TT

• Review and approval of minutes of regular meeting- December 7, 2022 Move approve DH,TT
second -passed 3-0
• Review and approval of monthly claims and invoices- December 2022 Motion TT Second DH
Passed 3-0
• New Business
1. Election of officers Discussion followed. Wait for JM?Appointments delayed until February
23 meeting. Motion DH, Second CM Passed 3-0
2. Sponsorship proposal for shelters park system wide (easier to ID,fees used for
maintenance) Motion CM Second TT Passed 3-0
Discussion of the Christmas event ensued. Make it bigger and better in 23. Make it a contest.
• Old Business
1. Aquatic Center,follow up discussion and potential approval of servicing, part one.
CS provided and update and means to fix the controllers,valves. We met with Mayor
Dory and GKR/$6,000 for the new pool. System would work for the new filter system.
Smaller price is for the splashpad. CM asked CS about her comfort level. She is.TT asked
about this work being a part of the big fix and this work would be in line with the greater
update. Ask Civic League about their potential participation in the maintenance.
Motion to approve work pre-season (indicated) CM Second TT Passed 3-0
• Director's Report(defer to CS) Basketball update—tournament(double elimination)
Questions about Civic Rec and how passes are used and for how long.
Story Walk update with photo shared.
CM asked about the calendar and skipping a month. How would claims be handled....?
On the calendar...what time do we start?TT suggested a later time....to be determined.
