Call to order: by President Cathy Merrell at 6:00pm
Also in attendance: Tim Trigg (TT),Joanna Muncie (JM), Doug Hutchison (DH), Greg Ruark, Chrysta
Snellenberger, Lynda Dunbar, Mayor Dory, Eric Bernsee
• Business: At the monthly meeting January 4, 2023 Aquatic Director Chrysta Snellenberger had
presented to the Board the cost for the initial repairs of the aquatic center filter system. After
the meeting it was then realized the cost figure was inadvertently misrepresented.The cost was
actually higher than originally presented. As a result, an updated cost of$36,961.68 is presented
tonight to the Board for their review. Discussion ensued.
A motion to approve the higher cost was presented by JM and seconded by DH.
Passed 4-0.
